Hi binturong, I think it's a female Tachina magnicornis/nupta. The 4th segment of the foretarsus is not wider than long (2nd image): nupta (T&H key). Greetings, Eric |

It is a female, therefore I would not dare to make very definitive IDs. The matter is way too complicated to base an ID on just one feature. For what it is worth, antennal shape suggests magnicornis rather than nupta to me. Theo |
