Hello, I photographed this fly in the Sorgenti del Fiume Vera Nature Reserve (AQ), Italy on April 30th 2021. I think it is a Scaptomyza, but is it possible to identify its species from these photos? Thank you in advance, Emanuele Edited by ESant on 27-05-2021 22:07 |

S. pallida can be ruled out. After that most of the darker ones are graminum but no way to be certain from these pictures.
