Good afternoon, today I was able to photograph this fly. The body length is about 6 mm. Found on a sandy dry grassland in a pine forest near Mainz in Germany. I see strong similarities to Phasia obesa and to my thread https://diptera.i..._id=100814 which I found in the same area.
