I think Procladius (Psilotanypus). I suspect there is only one species that looks like this but I don't have any good literature on European species. Nobody wants to tell you how to identify females any more.

In this subgenus we have four species: flavifrons, imicola, lugens and rufovittatus.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
