Hi Michel, Reduvius personatus, nymph (Reduviidae)? (They cover themselves with dust, but tarsi and antenna should remain naked - hard to see).
EDIT: It's more curious: I've read 1 cm, not mm! Did the little one move or was it dead - perhaps covered by a fungus like Entomophthoraceae?

Yes, they are, they are probably aphid exuviae.
