Sapromyzosoma quadripunctata. Yeah, I know, there apear to be only two spots on the abomen and not four, but the tip of the hind tibia has a dens cluster of black spines and there is a row of black spines on the hind femur. With a bit of more luck we could have seen that the acrostichal setae are in two rows only.
