Hi, today (couple hours ago) (1 december 2007) i found this fly on a wall at a light. I think is some kind on heleomyzid, Suillia ? (at first i was thinked also to Dryomyzidae). something more can be sayd? i will add later also a photo of the mounted specimen. thanks in advance, cosmln [EDIT]: title changed, again Edited by cosmln on 06-12-2007 22:11 |

If Kahis's rule " 5 dorsocentral setae per row - 1 before suture, 4 behind" always brings us to Suillia, this should be one! Regards, Sundew |
