I think this is an ultradistinctive (for a Ceratopogonidae) mid-sized (for a Ceratopogonidae) female Ceratopogonid midge? Can somone ID it further? Sciaroidea. I think I see tibial spurs, so likely Sciaridae. |

Thanks! Yes, the spurs are there. Could be Sciaridae then. In this case it is even more distinctive. The wing venation is not clear unfortunately.
