My own suggestion is a male Tolmerus cingulatus, but I am not familiar with all members of this genus.
Date and location: 01. August 2021, Germany, Northrhine-Westphalia, Bad Honnef, Grafenwerth, 50° 38' 17'' N, 7° 12' 50'' O
Confirmation is appreciated

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
