I think this is a male Th. solivaga, as it seems to have one strong ad bristle on mid femur, and rusty calypter, but a confirmation would be welcome. (The ID based on Fauna Hungariae Tachinidae by Mihalyi)

The chetotaxy of the mid femur is well seen in this slightly blurry shot.
