Mesembrina mystacea?

Because of the reddish colour I first thought of Cephenomyia, Hypoderma or something like that, but I guess the proboscis is too big for those. So is it Mesembrina mystacea, or is it anything completely different?

Thanks for any kind of help!

I knew that my picture was bad, but I didn't think it was sooo bad Sad
Still hoping to get an answer, the fly looks quite distinctive even on the bad photo

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
