Hmm, hard to be certain. Because of the reddish eyes and the dark grey median stripe on the paler grey mesonotum I first thought of Scaptomyza pallida, a drosophilid of which the larvae live as miners in leaves and vegetable detritus. But looking more closely, there appears to be a large ocellar triangle. That means Chloropidae. And besides that, I think the antennae are to big for the drosophilid.
