Hello, I photographed these flies in Lago di Campotosto (AQ), Italy, 1300m a.s.l. on September 5th 2021. I think they are Chironomidae, but is it possible to identify their genus or species from these photos? Thank you in advance, Emanuele Edited by ESant on 05-11-2021 17:12 |

I lean towards tribe Tanytarsini but I can't rule out Polypedilum. |
