 Unknown Beach Fly - Canacidae?

Dear Diptera.info followers, I would like to submit you this fly that was photographed on coastal sand dunes in the Camargue, southern France, on April 17th, 2020. There is a well-marked transverse suture right across the thorax, so this is a calypterate fly. I would say Neolimnophora (Muscidae)

I think this must be maritima, in which there are 3-4 uniform rows of presutural acrostichals. In virgo, there are 2-3 rows, with one pair stronger than the rest.
