Hi Helge, it's one of Ch. lutescens, belgica, austriaca.
Presently, females of these 3 species cannot be distinguished
with accuracy:
Snow flies of the genus Chionea (Diptera: Limoniidae) in Austria, Erhard Christian, Contributions to natural History
