Would it be possible to speciate this Oxycera? The ventral terminal valve is not fitting anything in Stubbs and Drake. Taken from London Gateway area, ditch habitat in October 2021. Thanks in advance! |

Perhaps Rozkosny & Kniepert (2000) may help. I can send you a PDF of the chapter on Oxycera if you like, but the text is in German. Attached is the page with the drawings. You must know that the absence or presence of ventral hooks is only applicable to full size larvae, which you dont have (headcapsule not fully chitinized, leaving a soft part laterally.
