Not sure but it looks interesting - projecting mouth but bare eyes (so not Linnaemyia) ... Theo should know I think Smile

Waiting for Theo intrevention, would you have a close-up to the wings to see whether the veins are bristly ? (Especialy R1 and R4+5).

It looks like Peribaea, but I can't rule out some Actia at this moment

Theo, do you want a detailed view of the wing like Stephane? Or is that character irrelevant to distinguish these two genera?

Sorry, I had a better look at all pictures, and in the first, you can clearly see it is Peribaea, the downward curved bristle at the front of the thorax is characteristic.
So no doubts any more, Peribaea it is.

Difficult genus, I'm not gonna guess a species
