With both crossveins darkened, it is probably an unusually dark specimen of some species of Drosophila quinaria group - e. g. D. phalerata seems to be a good candidate. Colour pattern of abdominal tergites, a good specific character, is unfortunately obscuired in the picture. |

Now we can judge for D. phalerata with greater probability, although other species are not quite excluded (D. kuntzei, D. histrio or D. curvispina, which is however unknown from Spain).
