What family? tiny(3mm), round-headed, ant-like.-->Sepsidoscinis maculipennis

Observed on a bamboo leaf, the round head reminds me of a Sepsidae but it didn't wave its wings. Picture taken in east China (Zhejiang province), recently. Any clue towards a possible family? Thanks in advance.

This picture was taken last year. I think they are the same species. |
