Observed on a bambee leaf, picture taken yesterday, east China (Zhejiang province). I thik it's a Pegomya but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance. |

It's very hard to identify with that single image, but I don't think it's Fannia - the subcosta isn't straight enough.
