Looks like a little aberrant Urophora congrua (see slightly darkened hindfemora) or U. solstitialis, Unfortunately, only the female aculeus apex under 40-100x magnification differs them. Or the host plant. Val |

Thank you! Unfortunately, I do not know the host plant, got this by sweeping low vegetation. I'll see if I can take a picture of the aculeus, I doubt it will be of good enough quality... Morgan |
