Small fly from forest

Dear all,
a few days ago I found this small (~3mm) fly on a rotten log in the forest in Zurich, Switzerland. Do you know what species it is? Thank you in advance!

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
