Picture taken in September near the river in my neighborhood (East China: Zhejiang province). Body length approx. 4mm. Could it belong to the Muscoidea Superfamily? Many thanks in advance!

I do not see vibrissae, and the mesonotal suture is indeed puzzling, but still - how about Piophilidae? |
