Hi all, I collected this 5-mm muscid in the Mojave desert of California in a pitfall trap in early February of this year. Using Huckett 1975, it keys easily to Phaoninae, but I had trouble keying it to genus - got tentatively to Pogonomyia, but that doesn't seem right. Any ID help would be appreciated! Thanks!
