Small male Tabanus, I think at least -> Tabanus bromius

Hi all! Rather small (~ 10 mm), looks like Tabanus for me, but I can't find the exact match. Found 13.7.2022 in Germany, Upper Bavaria, north of Traunstein, drumming around on a bridge railing with its forelegs (like many male Tabanids do on any surface).
