According to Chvala 1969 p. 458, T. aemula is not present in Italy. Lazio, 2022-VII, TBL 3 mm Scias characterem non constituere genus, sed genus characterem. |

For the posterior part of the head (occiput) it is not clear in the picture to what extend it it pollinose, so species ID will be difficult. To separate between the tow mentioned species, the narrow wings would indeed suggest aemula but if the occiput is entirely pollinose (I cannot judge from the picture) it is an entirely other species. And in addition it is quite well possible undescribed species occur in the LAzio area.
