Today I found these very small lovers against our house at Leerdam, Netherlands. I think they look a lot like Juergens fly in this thread: http://www.dipter...d_id=10723. Yes, this is also *probably* Chromatomyia horticola. Agromyzids with a grey thorax and lacking acrostichal setae usually belong to this species.
