Hmm...I wouldn't like to have to seriously name it, but my suspicion is that it is a male L sericata. The photo is very dark and without detail around the wing bases - I think disguising the true colour of the basicosta. The dark median line on the second tergite, the single av on t2 and the light even dusting, the relatively widely separated eyes and the 3 post sutural acr fit sericata. However, Lucilia sp is the closest we are going to get with any degree of certainty.
