I'm curious what this might be. Found in an area with mountain birch, bushes and bogs, about 1000 m asl, - where I rarely find parasitic flies. 6,2 mm. Northern part of southern Norway on 23 June. Edited by Morten A Mjelde on 28-09-2022 11:21 |

First impression is male Aplomyia confinis, but the fifth tergite should be shiny black. So I am not sure. does it look black when you look obliquely from behind ? Theo |
