Maybe a little late, but it looks like a Mydaea urbana.

But I am not an expert..Grin

The thorax is a little too yellowish dusted for this species. Very hard to tell from this picture. Could be Helina or Phaonia. I have to see more clearly the legs and their bristles, but my guess is Phaonia angelicae with this protruding mouth edge, yellow base of wings and general appearance...
Just a guess so...

I'm already sad that I'm no expert...only a beginner !
And you are probable good whit your determination....

But I seem to see a light yellow abdome at the end of the fly...and a strange bobbel on the left site of the scutum...
That is what I recognised by the Mydaea urbana.

Thats why a chose for the Mydaea urbana.

But I am still learning, and it is a difficult family ...Muscidae
