Is this a late Carcelia female? Feeding on ivy flowers. Outside Apeldoorn on 03/10/2022. The fly was missing the left middle leg so no information on that but tibia 1 and tibia 3 were black/blackish.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
