Moin Ray, I think it's a Tachinida - probably a (teneral?) Macquartia.

In this case it's the swollen frons: Tachinidae belong to the Cyclorrhapha and they escape the puparium with the ptilinum (kind of bubble expanded by haemolymph). The "bubble" shrinks but this process is not completed here.
