this fly hat a size of about 5 mm.

It looks like it has an intra-alar bristle and marked wings, but only three pairs of dorsocentrals. I don't know what to make of that combination. If it had four pairs of dorsocentrals it would be like Minettia inusta and pseudoinusta.

I cannot see marked wings, only dark veins.

The markings are very faint, stronger along the veins. In some species wing color develops gradually and young flies appear to have unmarked wings.
