It looks like it has an intra-alar bristle and marked wings, but only three pairs of dorsocentrals. I don't know what to make of that combination. If it had four pairs of dorsocentrals it would be like Minettia inusta and pseudoinusta. |

I cannot see marked wings, only dark veins. |
