I see no trace of a head capsule or spatula (elongated sclerite in prothorax of Cecidomyiidae), so probably not Nematocera. |

Would there be any closeups of anterior or posterior that would reveal anterior or posterior spiracles? I would also be curious to know if we have eliminated Hymenoptera (i.e., a parasitoid of the herbivore rather than the herbivore itself). |
