Germany, Baden-Württemberg, district Karlsruhe, Karlsbad-Spielberg, on a forest path; ca. 6 - 8 mm long; 23.04.2023, photo: Gerold Franke; Parasyrphus macularis, masculine? Thanks for the help

No, that one has yellow fore and mid tibia. When they are dark, it is punctulatus (male).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
