Hi, This hoverfly relieved itself on the wall of our house in a Munich suburb. My guess is that it could be a female of Cheilosia sp.. Can that be confirmed or excluded from the attached images and/or is a narrower determination possible ? With hairless eyes and darkened crossveins, I am quite certain it is C. caerulescens. |
