Bibionidae ID => Penthetria funebris (m)

Is it possible to identify this fly by such foto? Found near mountain river in May. Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains.

Penthetria funebris looks okay, but it is actually (as far as I know) a member of the family Bibionidae and not Pediciidae.

It seems to be that way Jan Willem, even BugGuide have it under Bibionidae. Time for Paul to do a bit of updating in the Gallery Wink

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
