Hello! Hungary, 2023 May. I know that this is a Besseria species. There are only 3 species what this can be because of petiolate R5 cell. Besseria melanura doesn’t really have a black longitudinal stripe in the abdomen, and I think I see something like crossed apical bristles (sorry, these not the best pictures) so I would exclude melanura. The frontal stripe is shiny black so because of this I would say Besseria reflexa. But reflexa has just 1 inner bristle in the middle tibia, and I think that in this specimen there are two. Or aren’t they even the inner bristles what I marked? |
