Points by @matthewvosper on iNaturalist as follows : "...nigroventris (not black enough) .... latifasciatus (spots too well separated) ....corollae (spots don't reach margins) ...punctifer has very narrow spots ....male lundbecki have dense black hairs on a very swollen frons and a very wide angle where the eyes meet (120deg)" On the Icelandic list this would only leave Eupeodes borealis. Can anyone confirm as plausible/correct? |
