Hi there, today July, 20th, 2023 I got the following fly. I suggest to Eristalis arbustorum, but its relatively large one, at least 12 mm. Got it on a wild meadow on the flower of wild carrot, Daucus carota. Is my decision right, other option ? Thanks a lot, Norbert

Hi, front and mid tarsi seem to be yellow, so Eristalis pertinax (female). Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |
