Sepsidae with multiple spots on wing? --> Geomyza

I found this fly, with shape and behaviour of Sepsis, but body was bicoloured and wings had multiple black spots. I could not find similar Sepsidae on internet. It walked around on leaves of Heracleum sphondylium.
