Should be subfamily Pachygasterinae.
I found this one in July inside the house (Southern Limburg).
Size about 2,5 mm.

I thought of that Jorge, but when I compare with Black's
Neopachygaster meromelas (the only Neopachygaster listed for the Netherlands) in the Gallery my fly misses the darkened femora.

yep. True. But it is other Neopachygaster. Wink
Wing venation is right for this genus. Take a look on scutum. It has proeminences in both sides.
Your fly seems to be a male.
I can be wrong though.

It's a male of Pachygaster leachii.
The difference in colouration of the legs - as well observed by Ben- is decisive.
See Brugge, 2002 for the dutch Stratiomyiidae.
