Is it possible to determine the species from this photo?

To be sure of something we should be able to see many more fine details on head, thorax and posterior tibias, and, still better, examine genitalia (this is a male). So it remains Anthomyia sp. (pluvialis complex).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
