Hello, this 1.5 mm wasp I found last night under an ivy leaf in our garden (northwest Germany). Very conspicuous colouration, but I can't even find a similar one, nor its family. Hi Jürgen, I think it's one of the Aphelinidae (Parasitoid of Aleyrodidae White Flies) - Encarsia? Cales?

Thanks a lot, Eric! Aphelinidae is a new family for me. The pictures of Aphytis look very similar (I have to check your other proposals) and Aleyrodes proletella was abundant here during the last few weeks.
