I don't see any structural features to put this fly in Camillidae. In particular, I know of no species with three pairs of dorsocentral bristles. The chapters of Die Fliegen and Manual of Afrotropical Diptera say at most two pairs.

This shot seems good. Two pairs (or three pairs?) of dorsocentral bristles and another two pairs of scutellar bristles?
