Comparing my Chironimidae (2.6 mm) with several photos on the internet, it looks like Polypedilum. But I am sure there must be more genera with this aspect.  On the wall of my balcony. In tribe Chironomini, genus Zavreliella also has brown species with brown wing spots. It can be distinguished by the enlarged, hairy fore femora. |
