Hi, This interesting Heleomyzid was seen in Františkovy Lázně (Czechia) on 8th March, 2013. The only genus I know to have such strong costal spines is Scoliocentra. Here my wisdom ends. Help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Sundew Edited by Sundew on 21-11-2023 03:41 |

More pics that show the bristly legs. The lower photo is from the day before (7.3.), but I'm quite sure it shows the same species (and maybe the same specimen). |
