Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, between a housing estate and an edge of the mixed forest Klövensteen, nearby a little pond for fishing, at the metallic railing of a footbridge (beneath birchtrees, pinetrees and oaks); 30th of June 2023; photo (only from this angle): kuv. Checking the Diptera Gallery I found a very, very similar picture with a Sarcophagid, named "Macronxchia polyodon" (s. https://diptera.i...to_id=3196). Please a confirmation to "my" fly. Yes, it os a Macronychia and it might very well be polyodon. Theo |
