I found this species in Ticino, Switzerland. Date : 19-06-2023. My preference is Myopa vicaria but I have doubts. Myopa testacea may also be a possibility. A second opinion is welcome.     Best regards |

Vicaria is an early spring species with very hairy parafacial. Testacea has thoracic dorsum all black. So niether fit….. Theo Zeegers |
