It is in the group with P. nitidula but most of the legs are not properly visible to aid in identification. According to Drake (2013) vein R2+3 should be longer in nitidula and that lead to compta in his key, but he mentions two other (non-British) species of which one had yellow antennae: rutilans (described from Italy). If the face is glossy, then this species, if matt, then it should be compta.

The front tibiae and tarsi are totally black, that would favour P. nitidula. I am not sure, the character of the lenght of R2+3 is not easy to judge from the pictures.

Even with these yellow antennae...?

P. nitidula has in Dutch specimens also a variable colour in antennae: they can be nearly all black or yellow-orange, although there always seems to be a darker dorsal streak on the postpedicel. Unfortunately, I do not have seen specimens of P. rutilans (which is now a synonym of P. clara, I think).
Best wishes, Niels-Jan Dek
